Of course.... But still we can hope for Rush Minute to turn out something we already know... or maybe Paradise Circus will be a Hope's Harpsichord interpretation? ) And let's cross our fingers for a good b-side collection!

Heeeeeey guuuuuuuuuuuys! Some really say that Hope's song is a Harpsichord rework. )))

Re: Massive attack, soon !!! (this time ? :D)
If I wanted to listen to these artists, I would just listen to a Mazzy Star or Elbow or TV on the Radio album. I want more Massive Attack on vocals. 3-D & Daddy G. ESPECIALLY Daddy G. "All I Want" for example, would have been a much better opening track, just like at their gigs. 1, The the song with the TV on the Radio guy is fucking boring and 2, people go crazy when Grant starts his verse:

I have nothing against vocalists and I'm not a big fan of 3D or Daddy G vocals, but I agree that there was no need in inviting such dull persons as Tunde or Guy. But... I would be happy to hear tracks with Hope, Martina, Damon.... Sad that there's no release with Yolanda!! I like her even more than Shara.

Indeed a good album though lots of 2008 gems were not released.

Album recordings really suck. Every song has a waaay more elaborate sound live than on Heligoland. I mean, they even blew it with Paradise Circus and its vastly superior single mix.

LOL it's just another "holywar" Both PC versions are great but new one really fits the whole idea. I just don't like the way Marrakesh sounds now and got tired of Pray For Rain and Splitting The Atom. And what I like is 16 Seeter/Girl I Love You new version and all the remix EP tracks are quite interesting though I have to agree Fatalism remix is just another shitty reverse-copy-paste.

Re: Massive attack, soon !!! (this time ? :D)
There should be an EP released in may. It will contain some of the unreleased tracks. And at this moment we miss All I Want, Marooned, Dobro, Kingpin, Red Light, Heartcliff Star. In some interview 3D said that the Red Light is a hard track to finish. It was supposed to contain Guy Garvey's vocals.... long story )) but it's still not done. I think you can hear the instrumental track in some shitty movie coming out soon... Or maybe it was only used in a trailer... Dunno.... Don't remember... OK, let's just hope for good! Cheerz!

*is waiting for the EP before judging* Still. I think Portishead have aged gracefully, unlike Massive. Their last album was sooo good, even after ten years of radio silence. I just felt like pointing out that P > MA BTW, have you heard their new amnesty international single, Chase the Tear?
